“This farming-focused community in Loudoun County, Va., was recently named one of the top 50 communities in the nation by John Burns Real Estate. The development recently celebrated its 1,000th sale and project planners say the secret to its success is that it appeals to all demographics.
“Willowsford has been created as a unique sense of place that provides quality-of-life and amenities unrivaled by other area communities and with the Willowsford Farm has become a national model for the recently trending ‘agri-hood’ lifestyle,” vice president of Marketing Stacey Kessinger. “With so many builder choices today it was important we offer our buyer a better, faster, and easier way to approach what can be a very daunting and overwhelming process.”
Sitting on approximately 4,000 acres with 2,000+ acres of open space, Willowsford boasts two clubhouses, a working farm and farm-to-table cooking program with pop-up restaurants, visiting chefs, and a farm market. Other activities include more than 40 miles of trails and active outdoor programming, resort-style pools, a 7-acre lake, and fitness centers.
1 In addition to custom options, the Willowsford home collection includes designs by Beazer Homes, Camberley Homes, Drees Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Line K, M/I Homes, NV Homes, Pulte Homes, Ryan Homes, and Van Metre Homes.”
2 The Lodge and Sycamore House are open daily. Residents are welcome to get comfy, have a cup of coffee and socialize with neighbors or work from “home.” Willowsford’s fitness center is located inside The Lodge and the fitness studio is inside Sycamore—both have demonstration kitchens for cooking classes, tastings and pop up restaurants. The Lodge has an outdoor patio overlooking Willow Lake and a beautiful sunset each evening while Sycamore House has an outdoor courtyard with formal gardens just adjacent from the Willowsford Farm Market & Stand.
If you haven’t been out to Willowsford, we welcome you to tour both buildings after you visit The Tenant House or Boat House Information Centers—open daily, 11 AM to 6 PM.
