Treats Without Tricks
This Weekend at Willowsford
What do you get when you drop a pumpkin? Squash.
In honor of Halloween we’re celebrating this Saturday with quite a few festive activities for you to sink your fangs into. At 11 AM, swing by one of our information centers to learn a little bit more about our community and enjoy sweet treats, not sales-pitches. Then, trick-or-treat your way through our model homes (ZERO judgement if you’re not toting around a little goblin or goblins). The best part? Every activity is costume-friendly and highly encouraged. Let’s see those witches, zombies, princesses, spidermen and rockers.
The Farm Stand is open from 9 AM ’til 2 PM. So, after you’ve had your fill of candy and designer kitchens, make sure to grab a pie pumpkin for baking, a pot pie for an easy dinner and a carving pumpkin or two. And voilà! There’s your Sunday!
If Halloween fills you with happiness, wonder and adrenaline, we know the best way to top off your day. Adventure Enablers and the Willowsford Conservancy are hosting a Ghoul Glow Run at Willowsford. Grab your guy and ghoul-friends and come decked out in your costume and glowiest accessories for a quick sundown 5k or 1-mile fun run.
Our prospective homebuyers aren’t the only ones having fun around Willowsford this weekend. Our residents have a fun-filled, spook-tacular (last one, we promise) weekend lined up, too. Friday night kicks off with a kids Spooky Halloween Dinner: where they’ll prepare Jac O’lantern Pies and Mummies in Dracula Sauce. Right after, we’re screening Hocus Pocus outside at Willow Lake. And on Saturday night, they can indulge themselves at the adults-only Austrian Wine Dinner.
