Come Home for the Holidays
Purchase a home between December 1st – 17th and you’ll receive a special gift from Willowsford.

Every year when I as little, my dad and stepmom would take me and my siblings to chop down our very own Christmas tree. I remember it was always so cold and smelt earthy. My dad let one or two ***** slip as he cut down the tree…traditions. And, it took forever to agree on the perfect one. But when I look back on those moments, I remember the smell of the pine needles, the fire that kept us warm while they were preparing the tree to bring home, and the candy canes we left with. I remember being home with everyone to decorate the tree, to sip on hot chocolate, and I remember simply being happy.
This time of year makes you think about family and traditions. What are some of the traditions from your childhood? Did you continue them into adulthood? Have you passed them on to your children; encouraging them collect their own meaningful memories?
At Willowsford, we see the potential for lasting memories in every moment because we’re more than a neighborhood, we’re a community—bringing neighbors together to unite in spirit, laughter and friendship.
We invite you to celebrate making new memories and traditions this season by visiting one of our information centers where you can learn about our builders, our open sections and lot inventory. Then, fine-tune your wants and needs in a non-sales environment before visiting the builder models that are right for you. We’ll even give you a map and tell you exactly where to go, how to get there and what Willowsford amenities you’re going to pass along the way.
But, before you start your next adventure, please share in one of our traditions; good, local food. Mini chicken pot pies, mac n’ cheese fritters, snow ball cookies, handheld chocolate bourbon pecan pies (and more!) are prepared by Willowsford Kitchen using ingredients from Willowsford Farm and local partners.
And finally, our gift to you this holiday season; purchase a home between December 1st and 17th and come back to either the Tenant House or Boat House information center to pick out a beautifully wrapped gift. Inside you’ll find one of many gifts valued at up to $2,000. Click here to learn more.
*Holiday gift provided at Information Center post contract signing. One gift per contract, must have proof of purchase. No exchanges. All gifts must be claimed by December 31, 2017.
