Cheers to a Year Full of Yes
Yes to more beauty, yes to more balance, and yes to being home.
We have a lot to be thankful for as we look back on 2017. Having once been told that homebuyers would never go for a community with a farm-to-table concept, we continue to celebrate record breaking sales year-over-year. In 2017 alone, Willowsford has welcomed 473 new homeowners to the community.
The fourth quarter of 2017 culminated an extraordinary year in the development of Willowsford. Builders introduced an array of housing types and designs, we completed major community and county roads and added important Conservancy and Farm infrastructure to facilitate the long-term stewardship of the community’s vast open space. We are proud to have completed even more amenities: Ellenvale Park, Wild Plum Pocket Park and several more miles of multi-purpose asphalt trails. And began work on others including Cedar Pond Pavilion, Hidden Meadow Event Field and an archery range.
Recently named a Top 20 community in the Nation, 2018 is sure to be a momentous year for Willowsford. As anyone who has traveled through the villages can attest, land development of new neighborhoods has continued at a steady pace to keep with demand from our Builders and homebuyers. Our remaining sections will open for sale, our final amenities will be completed, including a splash park in The Grove, and we will welcome hundreds of new families to our one-of-a-kind lifestyle and lifetime experience.
Willowsford represents the authentic, friendly neighborhood where you grew up. Where children could meet their friends and ride bikes around the community. The farm adds an interactive level where the neighborhood kids can learn from the farmers about how to plant and pick vegetables, tend to goats and collect fresh eggs. Resident Vicky Norland attests “We can’t imagine a better place for our children to grow up.”
Make Willowsford your new home in 2018 because…we have a lot to look forward to.
